It was purchased decades ago from Paradise Pen Company and immediately placed into storage, preserving it in immaculate vintage condition. The Exterior: The high-gloss maple lacquer finish is absolutely pristine, retaining its deep, mirror-like factory shine with no fading, clouding, or surface scratches. The Interior: The plush tan velvet slotted tray is perfectly clean, entirely free of dust, and shows zero signs of fading or ink staining from previous pen placement because it was never used. The Hardware: The polished gold-tone hinges are bright, rust-free, and open smoothly with a tight, solid feel.Packaging Status: This piece comes complete with its original 1990s retail price sticker ($89.99), the protective foam insert sheet, and the white protective storage box sleeve.
